Heidi Seraphim

Biography

A Greek-Australian writer, poet and photographer, Heidi Seraphim was born in Thessaloniki and now calls Melbourne home. Her first poetry collection, Rustling of the Psyche, was published in Greece, and her writing and photography have since appeared in literary publications and exhibitions across Greece and Australia. She tells stories shaped by memory, migration, hope, and the ordinary moments that quietly change us. Her debut novel, The Bookshop for Dreamers, is a love letter to Greece, bookstores, and the beautiful possibility of finding home in unexpected places. She lives with Simba, her orange rescue cat, who remains convinced that every writing session should include regular snack breaks and at least one nap on the manuscript.
