Lucky 7 by Rae D. Magdon
"The world has been subtly taken over by one huge evil technology corporation in Lucky 7. The corporation Axys Generations is working to catch and destroy the rogue team of Sasha, Cherry, Rami, Doc, Rock, Val, and rookie member, Elena. Elena is recruited for her ability to 'jack' into any internet/intranet system to gain access and virtual control.
Magdon's world is a comfortable fit for the reader. VR technology is in our world, readily available and easy to understand. What lifts this out of the VR game world sphere is the diverse characters and gripping story. We become emotionally involved and empathize with these characters. As well, the story runs at an Olympic record pace with plenty of action and things going boom. The final fight scene alone will blow your mind. Lucky 7 is an exceptionally well-crafted sci-fi novel which should not be missed."

Finding Hekate by Kellie Doherty
“This book pulls you in right from the get go. I was totally engrossed in this book fairly early in Finding Hekate and I had no intention of putting it down. What makes this book so good is it is so multifaceted and smart. It has a strong romance. Mia and Cassidy’s push and pull towards each other is very well done.” —The Romance Reader Blog
About Finding Hekate: “The world building is good, the story complex and interesting, and there is a tension throughout. Being part of a duology there are loose ends and an only partially resolved ending, but Ms Doherty definitely gives us enough good to make us want to read the next installment.” —Velvet Lounger, Lesbian Reading Room
